Article on Isis Magazine

Daesh actually puts out a magazine for their own people in a number of languages, believe it or not, and it talks about what their goals are.

Things of note:
1) They view apostate Muslims as their most hated enemy/target. They're anti-Al Qaeda, Taliban, Iran.... this is why I avoid going with blanket 'radical islam,' it's not like we have one group to worry about, it's there's multiple who hate each other.

2) They view US invasion as inevitable... but also not as a bad thing, because that's when God'll show up and lay the smack down. Frankly they sound to me like a death cult.

3) Especially considering how they don't hide the death that happens on their side at all. They're honest about it, which is not what one normally expects.

4) They really don't like that all the refugees are fleeing. That's their *tax base*, and so many people leaving hurts their ability to support themselves.

5) They have a captured journalist doing an 'enemy's eye view' article each issue.

What is all this crap about calling ISIS DASH now?

I don't see the point, tbh, psychotic murderers aren't going to care what names you call them.

Obama wants to contain them, which leads to more hostility, Isis must be wiped out.

I don't think Obama's ultimate goal is just containing them. Of course we all want ISIS to not exist anymore, but the way to achieve this needs to be considered. If done wrong it can just increase the issue and, for example, make other radical groups emerge.

His plan has only been containment 75% of the air strikes that go out, ordinance is never deployed.

He doesn't want to involve the US military in a ground and guerrilla war again. That seems understandable, after all a lot of soldiers died in Iraq and Afghanistan. However the ultimate goal is the destruction of ISIS.

Read what I just wrote, I said nothing about ground troops..nor have I ever.

Yeah, I figured, and that's partly why I didn't say "What the **** is wrong with you, these are innocent people you are talking about, you monster". But while I can tell that you are just trying to make a joke and maybe rile some people up, it's pretty much the same kind of message that a lot of people seriously believe.
