I guess. Still though.

I believe Hickman is trolling.......badly......

Safe to say Thor was pretty impressive in New Avengers #32.

Spoiler:
And I think he is worthy again as well going by the last few scans (unless I misinterpreted them) and we see the Beyonders in a different form as well

So here are the scans. Spoilers abound.

New Avengers #32 1/2

New Avengers #32 2/2

The other scans are Thor, Hyperion, Abyss, Ex Nihilo, Starbrand and Nightmask on an abandoned Mapmaker world. They discover a husk of a Mapmaker and find a map to the location of the Beyonders realm. Nightmask uses his abilities to teleport them there which ends up with them appearing in the first scan posted.

Hahaha, this is like Hickman actually trolling battleboarders.

The only one getting trolled is you Abhi.

sadwalk

Only thing I'm confused about is that I swear in the solicits and stuff a month ago, today's issue had that awesome Doom art on it and assumed it would explain all that stuff, and then the next Avengers issue was this cover and would be back to the multiversal avengers like in this issue.

EDIT : Turns out that was a variant cover.

I thought about it and there's probably going to be an explanation. Or I hope so at least.

I mean if he goes back and randomly depowers Black Bolt that served zero purposes for losing to a guy he should lose to then he'll probably explain this.

I hope again

Trying not to think about it too much. Just trying to enjoy the story.
And I found that issue to be quite stirring.

Seems those are more of the creation then the Beyonders.........

The new look was pretty weird weren't those initially supposed to be the same beyonders? at least when it was shown via the molecule man/doom reveal?

Good to see another writer not following whats happening in the other books.

This may or may not be symbolic of what was to come but I thought it's quite a cool panel nevertheless. I liked the Adult Franklin Richards.

All of those statements were premonitions of things to come.

Yeah, adult Franklin is one of my favorite Marvel characters--Hickman did an amazing job with him. That ponytail is gay, though. 👇

Isn't Hickman leaving Marvel to do creator owned books?

I just loved the whole thing with him fighting the Celestials and Galactus. Very cool. Hickman is a good writer but I am just hoping he doesn't mess around with the Beyonder thing.

I mean I know he made MM say "It takes a God to kill a God" but I don't think (or I can't think) that was entirely true as neither Hyperion or Starbrand are gods. Who knows to be honest, I just hope something is clarified soon. It's very odd.

Hickman's good at foreshadowing, and if you get to plan properly it's not even that difficult to pull off.

That's part of what made Morrison's batman stuff so great.
