I've heard this theory, along with the idea that Islam actually derives from either Judeo-Christianity or the Catholic Church. Possibly both.

It's probably a mistake to say he doesn't.

No, if anything, presuming, of course, that spirits exist, the problem is more likely that Shake has the WRONG form of spirit or spirits guiding him.
I've actually been thinking about this, giving his revelation that he used to be "Christian" years ago. I put that in quotes because I believe that Shake believes that, but his church seems to have been about as Christian as, say, Westboro Baptist Church. It left him with little but anger and bitterness, something in earlier times in this forum, his earliest years as a poster, he would readily admit.

If he were indeed part of a church, someone who would at ONE time have considered himself dedicated, note that this conforms EXCEEDINGLY well to the following:

The bible is a very important book, and I have read it from cover to cover. What I find wrong about the bible is not the bible, but those who would take it literally and interpret it with great malice against others. It is the people of the Christian church that don't work for me.
