Actually I can have it both ways since there are a number of different reasons behind why Beerus could be hurt(see my definition earlier) by one and not the other
I think you are stretching too far in two different directions and its not working. Lets face is, Bills was hurt about as much as Goku was hurt when Bulma hit him on the head.

You clearly can't even grasp simple concepts. You are indeed making a claim. Your claim is as follows:
"The only way Vegeta could have harmed Beerus is if he was stronger than God Goku. Since he is not, he didn't harm Beerus."

this be can be backed up by the fact that nobody in dbz has punched someone in dbz, made them bleed and then someone stronger couldnt do the same.
therefore that blood crap you keep talking about is inconsistent and should be disregarded.

lmao your pulling at straws......if somethings never happened before that doesnt make it inconsistent what makes the vegeta thing inconsistent is that there have been many fights in the entire dbz series and nobody has ever made someone bleed and then somebody stronger couldnt.
