the scans you posted dont prove billd changed his power level. the man literally stood there and let his opponents attack him..
in every example you posted shows somebody powering up before attacking. in of them they talk about powering up from thier mouths.....bills did no such thing. He stood in the same spot and let ppl come at him

bills stayed in the same spot and let ppl attack him where is the proof that his power level changed. this is all from your initial claim of vegeta being able to hurt bills even though goku couldnt

lol its funny because you havent proved your point all youve done is show ppl doing other things that are irrelavent it doesnt prove that bills changed his power level.

Ok here's the issue. I'm not saying your claim is "Vegeta is stronger than Goku cuz he hurt Beerus". I'm saying your claim is "IF Vegeta did in fact hurt Beerus, tho I'm of the mindset he did not, the only way he could have done so was by being stronger than God Goku".

Only in the strictest form of the word. I don't think Beerus was hurt in the "OMG that really hurt you ****!" way. More in the "some sort of physical damage occured" way. Saying "hurt" is just simply easier than repeating "well he sustained a very minor injury" over and over again
