What is so hard about not making shitty costumes?

it's like they don't have access to comic books, or google images.

"Hey guys, we have a really good template to work from, let's go ahead and just phuck that up."

Everyone looks like their comic counterparts, though. Most of them are just in generic soldier outfits.

It's not the final look. Even the makeup artist/marketing team have said as much.
