Ayer already stated that SS had a lot of humor way before the movie wrapped up.

Only good memorable DC movie villains have been Nicholson Joker and Ledger Joker.

I was talking in general, not just the movies, but the cartoons, comics, etc...

Ledger's Joker is the best comic book movie villain, IMO.

Terence Stamp General Zod, Gene Hackman Luthor. On top of the Batman ones already mentioned.

So yeah not many, but they've had some not only memorable, but truly Epic ones.

👆

Hackman, Liam Neison, and Stamp. I liked Shannon's Zod, too.

I thought the new trailer was great. Been looking forward to this movie. Hope it doesn't get the shaft due to the poor BvS movie.

Mark Strong's Sinestro...probably one of the good things from that poor Green Lantern movie.

Forgot about him. Definitely an awesome Sinestro. Too bad the movie sucked. If they ever use Sinestro again, I'd want Strong back.

True but he wasn't a villain in the film.

Yeah that was blatant propaganda. We saw it was clearly a fun movie from trailer 1.

DC is panicking. Haha.

Pretty much. Unless you think Ayer is lying. 😉

If DC has one edge over Marvel it's going to be this.

I don't think Marvel could put together a film of their villains working together and having fans care about it.

They kinda already loosely did with Gaurdians . The villains in SS are mostly unknowns besides joker , Hartley and Croc.

X-Men also did it. Having Magneto, Mystique and a few other usually bad guy mutants play anti heroes working together.

X-men has pretty good villains.

I think that's why there is do much buzz. Part of it is because of its originality. Marvels answer will be sinister six.

^ Or even Thunderbolts

Marvel doesn't need to have an answer to anything DC does. They've done plenty of original stuff themselves Lol

In a recent interview on “The Howard Stern Show,” actor and comedian Ike Barinholtz — who plays an undisclosed role in “Suicide Squad — gave an offhand mention of the potential budget of the flick.

“This is the biggest movie I’ve ever done by a factor of 10. I mean, I think the budget was north of 250.”

This was before the reshoots.

Marvel is leaps and bounds above DC. Another laughable point about a movie no one has seen. Reminds me of the fanboys claiming here comes DC before the Batman v. Superman debacle.

That's right.

Marvel runs this shit.

Maybe also because DC aren't actually making these movies, Its more to do with Warner Bro's.
