A few of the pros I have been telling you guys for the last year or so. I doubt BVS will hurt it. I could be wrong, but most of the people I talk to are still going to see it and still have the same anticipation levels. Social media is still strong, so the general audience still have a strong anticipation level as they did when the first trailer came out.
SS will also have a huge presence and marketing blitz right before it's release at the comic-con. The hype will be there, just in time, too.
Events planned include:- Panel with the entire cast and subsequent signing on the convention floor
- Special taping of Conan episode (that will air later the same evening)
- Recreation of Belle Reeve Penitentiary at Gaslamp District's Hard Rock Hotel
- Virtual reality experience allowing participants to_fight alongside SKWAD members
- Return of SXSW's Harley Quinn Tattoo Parlor
- Squad Up! cosplay contest with prizes for 11 winners (who dress up as SKWAD characters + Joker)_
Marketing has been great so far. Soundtrack is getting the buzz out there through bands like 21 Pilots. Currently #2 on itunes.

Yeah this film can't just depend on Smith making it money.Ayer's a good director though, and the cast for this is decent. So I have hope for a quality movie. No idea about the box office and really it's the quality I'm more bothered about.
Nobody said he did, but the signs are there for a strong OW. I say a little below 300 M domestic total.
