XIV. BLEEDING EDGE ARMOR
After being hacked by the Skrulls in Secret Invasion, Stark found that the Extremis in his system was completely compromised and, therefore, unusable.
However, he still had an enhanced biotechnological physiology. And when he was finally able to start picking up the pieces of his life, he decided to create a new suit: the Bleeding Edge armor. A liquid metal nano-tech suit which was a quantum leap ahead in sophistication over his previous armors.
STRENGTH
Here, he flexes and twists steel girders to fashion a prison in Captain America and Iron Man #635:

In terms of striking power, he could dish it out to Hulk-class opponents like Rulk and... the actual Savage Hulk. From Hulk #25 and Avengers Assemble #4:

DURABILITY
The Bleeding Edge armor was a clear upgrade in blunt force durability. The class of foe he was able to engage on a consistent basis proves so. Here, he engages Rogue amped by several superpowers, including She-Hulk's, in X-Men Legacy #267:

Lethal spider-webs from the Doppelganger have a sharpness measured at .003 microns (3 millionths of a centimeter). And while they exceed his armor's tolerances, they don't shred him or stop him from tearing them off in Carnage #1:

So clearly he was bullet-proof as well. From Avengers Assemble #1, Iron Man 2.0 #2 and Daredevil vol.4 #15:

When the Avengers are violently teleported by the Hood wielding the Power, Space and Reality Gems in Avengers vol.4 #11, Iron Man is the first to wake up, among others like the Protector, Luke Cage and Dr. Strange:
