@ Mcp regarding your adjustments Bulq was only able to fight with Windu due to being familiar with his style, having worked with him in creating Vaapad, etc. Obviously, he's skilled enough to make it to tier 8, but I wouldn't put him any higher than Malgus, Tiin, or Malak. He posed a challenge to Windu and in a pure saber duel would give a good fight to just about anyone in tier 8. There hasn't been anyone else making a supporting argument, but I will raise Bulq to lower tier 8 with Malgus/Krayt/Katarn/Cade
Venamis shouldn't be higher than Plagueis, while both of them are harder to rank Plagueis became more powerful and his feats against the Maladian assassins/Kursid warriors are superior combat feats to anything that we can draw from Venamis.
Venamis is difficult to place, so I'm leaving him between tie 7/8, Tenebrous and Plagueis are likewise difficult to rate themselves in lightsaber skill

The only reason the exile was effective was because nihilus didnt know she was also also a wound, and he would have killed her anyway if it was not for her team + nihilus being betrayed last second.
aside from being ambushed by a wound wih a strike team and prep, there is no counter for nihilus.
Nihilus is a cancer in the force. Trouble with that? Guys like GM Luke can cure cancer. Even without all the stunts used by Meetra, Canderous, and Visas.

A fighter who would have an undefeatable attack, would be the most powerful guy in the universe. Sad, but the Father is. He also would be the most powerful Sith Lord or Jedi Master in the universe. Sad, but Sidious is.
Nihilus was defeated by a fighters from medium tiers. He needed Sion against Darth Traya. He was stupid and controling by his own hunger. And drain can be blocked. Sad, that there were no strong Jedi, besides Revan, during the time of Darth Nihilus. Vitiate also would own Nihilus if he only wanted, but someone like Nihilus - unlike Revan - wasn't even worth of his attention.
If other guys will agree with me, then Nihilus will be in Tier 9 at best. And your fanboyism will be stopped right here and right now. But if they will agree with you, I'll accept my failure, and will accept Nihilus as even Tier 20 fighter.

One over-exagerrated novel quote does not negate two books and a campaign guide worth of praise for Galen's training, skill and power.
Oh and ANH Vader still has the mastery and skill of the greatest ever Form V practitioner and would still beat the crap out of any Jedi whose name wasn't Yoda or Windu. Even by the end of Rise of Darth Vader he's overcoming the suit and being referred to as the Jedi killer.
