Is Monica Rambeau the fastest woman in comics?
Not counting abstracts and such. Is she basically the female Flash is what i'm asking.

So, who can beat her in a race, woman to woman?

She's not the Flash equivalent, but she certainly is one of the fastest women in Marvel.

She is invisible and intangible in many of her energy forms (is capable of flight in all her energy forms (reaching speed light speed).

Monica for sure is the fastest woman at Marvel. Only other lady that comes close is Aurora, but she's a distant second.

In this context "the power of the sun" just means daylight production, not temperature, plasma, excessive radiation, gravity, etetc... just a little sunshine.
