Statements are good but when there are showings that contradict these showings, that's when it becomes questionable. Hell, at one point, Superman made it seem as if Kara could stop H'el by herself. Statements/compliments. That's all. We know WW is faster than Kara and looking at the scans above...much faster.

Superman assumed she had his whole powers, which would kill your own argument as always. He obviously didn't knew about the powers she had, that's why the assumption.
"If she finds out what you've done, then God help you". That somehow translates to "Kara can beat you solo" in Carver universe.
