New 52 Cheetah is fast enough to blitz Supes and WW.
She also tagged Flash.
Pre 52 she blitzed Flash after Zoom helped her unlock her true speed potential.

And Kara didn't get any attacks in due to the same reason Power Girl couldn't get any attacks on her pre boot. She is close to her in speed and far more skilled. As you know, directly stated by her in the comic.

The ring gave her 100% of her power back. Enough power to shed a being she was having problems with beforehand. Golgo loves DC but some of the characters, he lacks the knowledge. We did not see the entire flight. We do NOT know how they got there...especially with her being capable of opening rifts.
😐 WTF...show me where the ring lost power for it to be at 63% of its power. The ring didn't lose power, KARA did. SHE was at 63% of her power due to the kryptonite. That was her power reading the ring was giving off. Kryptonite doesn't affect the ring. The ring charged HER 63% power level back to 100%.
