Maul's never survived an encounter with someone who's killed as many people with the lightsaber as the Thought Bomb.

This is true, but Bane is almost completely encased in lightsaber-proof armor, and has incredible healing properties as well. Even with their speed, reflexes, focus, and coordination were significantly increased by Battle Meditation, two master duelists in Raskta Lsu and Valenthyne Farfalla were unable to overcome this.

Not that Maul couldn't win, but I don't find it particularly likely, tbh.

After consideration over the best points made and the strongest feats presented, I'm going to say that Bane defeats Maul with difficulty. If anyone can make a concrete argument against it, that is my final opinion on it. Now we can move on to if he can complete the gauntlet.

True, but there are literally 9 pages on this thread and over 70% of it is over whether Bane would get past Maul or not.

Bane sucks and would probably lose to Qui Gon without a nexus

Perhaps stops at 1. Definitely stops at 2.
