Legolas fought Bolg AND some monster in an alley and held the edge. If you think Rumlow with an electrical stick is close to being comparable to Borg with a sledge then I don't know what else to tell you.You honestly don't have any proof on how skilled those agents were. For all we know, they could've been hired on that same day. Who knows. Crazy thing is, they wasn't even trying to kill Cap, they were there to subdue him.
Post a video where he was in a similar scenario to Cap and yet managed to not get hit.

I don't need to because if those agents had lethal weapons, Cap would've died. He was stabbed a total of 3 times in the vid. Before someone say those electrical charge things were advanced, how advanced were they because a regular human withstood a shock as well. I can point out more stuff but I'll settle for that for now. With that said, I can't show you Legolas trapped somewhere against opponents that is holding back.

Which means Cap will quickly yet cautiously stand up (like he did in WS) and wait for arrow release. He waits for each shot to be fired. It's not as if arrows move too fast for him to react to. That's my point. If Leg fires, he'll have a split second to react, which is more than enough time. Not once did I say Leg stands there looking stupid. Stop fabricating arguments that ppl never made to make yourself look better.
Question: Have you personally ever seen how fast an arrow flies that was shot from a high poundage bow?

IOW, you have no feats to back up your c!aim.

Cap's survived the likes of 'three knife stabs' or 'three bullets'

In melee range Cap's is far more likely to score the first hit than Legolas would. I mean did you see how he was able to deflect WS's attacks woth his shield and how fast their movements were? Which LOTR scene can you post which shows that Legolas can bypass this defense?
You want me to show you a clip of Legolas bypassing somebody with Tier one adamantium... Ummm color me confused. What I can show you is Legolas bypassing armor with precision accuracy hitting opening when most couldn't. I see him bypass people who also have shield and kill them. Not sure how I can show you want you're asking for.
Okay, so you would agree that is Legolas hits him... His head would be moved and Legolas could then get in some arrow shots. Again I know you feel like Cap would get off first.. .but at least you don't feel like Legolas couldn't move him or create an opening.
Next, so you feel like Cap would one shot Legolas? I'm not sure what him getting off first means. I don't believe he can one shot Legolas and he will get in some blows himself. Could he get in enough to create the openings needed.. who's to say. However, I don't think who lands first decides this fight correct? Keep in mind, Bolg landed blows on him and all he had to show for it was a slightly bloody nose. No bruising nothing. Just saying, he can seemingly take some good shots and keep fighting.

Cap got stabbed once in the back on the elevator and 2 times in the stomach. Do you honestly believe he would've beaten that agent if the agent had a blade instead of electrical stick? Let's be real here.

Uhm, yes, because if they had tried to kill him Cap wouldn't have pulled his punches and the fight would have been a lot shorter and a lot more brutal.

So he allowed them to stab him not knowing what the attack would do? Make sense. This doesn't include the fact that the agent blocked two of Cap punches and stabbed him each time. Let's stop making excuses here and deal with what happened.

Put Legolas in a lift with more than a dozen agents, unarmed, with one hand tied to a wall and he would need a wheelchair for the rest of his life.
Why would he need a wheelchair when those guys didn't have any lethal weapons? Doesn't make sense to me. Cap didn't fight more than a dozen agents either and looking at what Legolas has done, he would've been ok since he has fought more powerful opponents.

Stop making stuff up. They weren't using lethal force and neither was he.

* Because Cap is ten times more durable than Legolas. Can Legolas survive a jump out of a plane without a parachute? Didn't think so.
*Yes he did. Stop denying facts. Count them.
* Trapped in close quarters? Unarmed? Pulling his punches? Didn't think so.
