WWE: Smackdown vs Raw 2006 on PSP.

Went with GM Mode and made the male superstar with the lowest overall champion, AND a rival of the male superstar with the highest overall, this should be fun.

Gods Eater Burst on PSP.

Heard fantastic things about this game so I have high expectations.

I'm not actually playing anything but nephew is playing it on my 3DS and it's my cartridge so I figured I'd update it.

Yes, he is three, but he likes it so meh.

Jesus, so many features and mini-games for this game, enjoying dodgeball and pinball especially.

Gonna be straight up, so far this seems way better then the original Rondo of Blood.

Bionic Commandk Rearmed.

I try and play this every year, and always give it up. Loved the NES classic, but thar was fun while this is a grind.

Two words: Bullet sponges. That's how rearmed does difficulty. Every single enemy takes 5 bullets on hard, 7 on super hard.

Yeah, Megaman enemies take a lot of hits too, but you move like molasses in BCR, full animations on everything, and it just takes forever to kill anything. Tedious.

^ I dislike how the challenges are set up too, There's no save progress on them. You complete some and if you end up dying before the next checkpoint got to do them all over again.

I bought four arcade style shoot em ups, three of then indies, one a big name (Raiden IV). Only Raiden gives pretty major fps drops. Meanwhile the top rated indie shmups play flawlessly.

Go figure.

Just reinforces my belief that if you want quality games, go indy.

Raiden IV Overkill reminds me why I hate PC gaming. For some reason, the fps stutters heavily in full screen mode. You can fix it with windowed mode, but it doesn't have a borderless window option. So I'd need to get a third party app for this one game, which is one more piece of clutter I don't want.

And even windowed mode suffers drops, but not as badly or often.

All because some company got cheap and did the bare minimum necessary to port a game from a niche genre, in a desperate effort to shore up profits.

I would have been better off buying the Xbox 360 version of Raiden IV.
