So nothing really missed. Complaining you want the one without Hornet is like getting upset because you hit the Traitor Lord fight with a certain character, instead of the one where she doesn't show up. Minor detail, not worth replaying for.
And speaking of details, did the Hive. Think I overleveled for it, the Hive Knight was easy. The real fun was figuring out how to get the grub and the mask shard.
I usually hate collectible puzzles, but even those are pretty fun in this game.
Some of the dlc methods however are still a little too obscure for my taste.
I unlocked The Grimm Troupe on my own, but that was while searching for something else. If I had to look over the entire game for it,. i'd hit up a walkthrough in a second.
I may for Godmaster as well, and White Defender, if I don't stumble across them before post end game.

Just found out Shovel Knight is in Bloodstained.The characters actually had a lot of crossovers.
But nope, you really transform into Shovel Knight. They got permission from the creators and everything. You can also just use the Shovel, which is a surprisingly effective weapon for part of the game. Equip a Spear Expertise shard(Shovel is a spear type) for the boost and shovel enemies to death.
