I was never questioning Spock's strength or fighting skills.
He is a person of logic & rational thought that's why Kirk re-instated him & considers him a good friend.

Kirk provoked Spock deliberately so his human emotions would take control. Spock lashed out. Kirk didn't fight back (from memory).

And yeah Spock wanting Khan's capture was also after Kirk died & once again Spock's anger was his motivation.

You're still missing the point that Spock isn't on the crew because of his fighting skills.

I said he was a badass and you said he doesn't fight. I gave two examples. I proved you wrong.

Kirk did attempt to defend himself but Spock is on another level. Obviously.

I didn't say he was I said he was the physical badass of the crew. Spock doesn't go around provoking fights but **** with him and you'll let the bear out of him.

Quit trying to misrepresent my argument because you're wrong. I want Spock to have an action scene. That's all. He's a badass. Point proven. 💃

Which is an incredibly weird thing to think, considering Spock's background is in the field of science.

Who said he was on the crew because of his fighting skills ?

You implied it, did you forget that quickly? Having memory issues, quano?

does anyone think that the late Leonard Nimoy filmed a few scenes before he passed?

I don't think he's listed, so doubtful.

Interesting. I like Pegg, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

I didn't say that's why he was on the crew I just said he was the badass of the crew. Words can be so confusing to you.

I didn’t love it, because I know there’s a lot more to the film. There’s a lot more story, and a lot more character stuff, and a lot more what I would call ‘Star Trek stuff.

Sounds like to me its more Justin Lin's fault or whatever the name of the production is behind, Since that's what they wanted to show off.

It is a trailer. People need to calm down and realize this thing was rushed anyways. I'll see this opening night. The action as well as the additional badasses look to be rather promising.

Krall and the female warrior look to be quite formidable. Prepare yourself, Star Wars.

Lol...another person for you to latch onto for the Movie verses, Then to be proven wrong how weak that they are.

They aren't weak but speaking of weak characters I could name a recent film I just saw. I bet you can figure it out.

**** this movie. It's copying guardians of the galaxy

Because it used rock music for it's trailer?

They're trying to appeal to the mass audience. The studio execs probably saw how underwhelming into darkness was box office wise and decided to market this one in a guardians style, because that's what's popular with the kids. Wacky, sugary, explosiony, quirky space opera is not Star Trek's identity...

It honestly looks to be in the same vein as the other nu-ST films.

Directors are hired to direct a movie. Once it's completed, they have no control & very little say to how the film will be publicised.

Kinda feels like the same marketing team who handled the FF trailers got commissioned to put this trailer together.

The movie made more money worldwide than Star Trek so it might have fallen before expectations for the studio but was no question a financial success.

It's a short trailer highlighting the action. You're such a fool. This isn't rhe entire movie and to jump to conclusions based off a rushed trailer is moronic.

Great news. King Arthur changed its release date. Trek has less competition. I also am excited about the King Arthur flick but this definitely helps Trek out more with being a hit.

I didn't judge the movie, I judged the trailer. Dumbass.
