Nothing specific, just any sort of context as with pretty much every duel(well duels with main characters in them) there has been such and as with those duels, people just ignore said context behind them.

That's true I do rank her quite highly. Ahsoka has impressed me enough though to be on Ventress's level if not in regards to pure skill overall combative ability.
To be honest I think people are really overplaying Ahsoka at this point. She'll give Vader a good fight before dying to him. That doesn't put her on TCW Maul level tbh. It really depends on how good she does against him. Personally I don't think she'll be good enough to be somewhere between Grievous and Dooku. I think Ventress is a powerful, high tier duelist with great physicals and I think Ahsoka will be to. There's no shame in that.

Out of her depth? She's fended off Dooku and the Anakin/Obi Wan team well enough and forced Mace to use all his skill to defeat her before her prime. I don't call that being out of her depth.
Also I don't put canon Vader above Dooku at this point. And we haven't seen the fight between Vader and Ahsoka.

She was driven off very quickly by Mace, so I don't see how that aids your argument that she isn't out of her depth with foes of that caliber. My interpretation of the quote is that Windu had to use all of his skill to drive her off that fast, which would make sense given K'Kruhk was injured, so he would want her out of the picture ASAP.
Also just FYI, Ventress is one of my favorite Star Wars characters, period. So it's nothing against her.

They dueled pretty evenly actually and Dooku only managed to disarm her through the Force. I freely admit Dooku is the superior force user to Ventress just like Vader is to Ahsoka.
It said it took all of his skill to defeat her not to drive her off in the time it did. The ways its worded also hints that if he had been any less skilled or if Ventress had been any more skilled it would have ended in a stalemate or Ventress's victory. Who knows maybe prime Ventress would have claimed victory.
Why? Because we do not know anything about his physical capabilities other then that he can duel against cyborgs and Kanan, is fast enough to make a good amount of afterimages and can survive having an ATST dropped on him. Forcewise nothing he's done has been all that much better then Dooku and Dooku still holds the skill edge from what we've seen of canon Vader.
