Which is what I said. Beerus doesn't go all out and the evidence of this is becoming greater which means his fight against Red wasn't a Beerus coming close to his full potential. Hell, looking at the fight, Beerus was obviously holding back and gave Goku too many opportunities to recuperate. Bills full potential has yet to be seen. Hell, a percentage of it has yet to be seen. He enjoys Goku and I don't think he ever intended to kill him. With that said, Goku has become far more powerful since then anyways, so even comparing him to Red is laughable since he has surpassed that tremendously.

Beerus had Goku beat and instead of blasting him to dust or punching a hole in his face, he thumped him. He had him beat numerous of times during that fight and could have killed him but he didn't. Beerus did not take that fight seriously. He just didn't.
As for his fight against current Goku, your entire comment on that scene is speculation. Whis said Beerus needed that fight.

If Beerus goes all out, Goku just doesn't last few seconds.
So, wonder if the universe 6 Saiyan gets a powerup.
Imagine if Hit gets defeated off screen by the new SSJ White. Or better yet, Champa's caught bumming around universe 7 because he got kicked out of his own universe.
Then the Saiyan can go paladin, wage a war on evil, and take it too far. Totally upset the cosmic balance.

Is everyone excited about Black Goku (evil Goku)? Heard that this guy is so powerful than Beerus, Whis, Champa, and the King of everything is going to have to get involved.
The only reason I say this is because Toyble ( aka Toyotarō ) who was the one to create the AF series, got hired by DBS to be the illustrator for the manga (He's also the author of Dragon Ball Heroes: Victory Mission), which is what made him stop working on AF. Well his starting plot in AF was something like they'll need so many Super Saiyans to bring back Goku, essentially like the "Battle of Gods" needing the pure hearted saiyans to summon the SSG.
Thing is AF came before BOG's which makes me wonder if Toriyama checked it out, and if so, with Toyble working with them now if maybe Toriyama will do something similar to Xicor. Toriyama also mentioned how he didn't do Super Saiyan White because it would clash with an upcoming villain, and Xicor had white hair.
I know I know, it sounds completely and utterly stupid, but it was just something in the back of my mind lol.
