Beerus isn't the type to be afraid unless it's Zeno. He doesn't buckle like that. He was around the other GOD and was acting just fine even though there are some more powerful than him out there. Jiren is most def that person.
So from what more I've learned about the 4D movie with God form Broly since my curiosity was piqued, it won't be like an hour or so movie like the previous ones, but just in the neighborhood of 15 to 20 minutes. No story, lead-ups, or anything, but just straight up fighting and fanservice. Also, Broly's main opponent in the feature will be a Blue Gogeta, so non-canon obviously. Broly appears out of nowhere when the ToP is about to start, and then attacks Goku and Vegeta and they're forced to do fusion dance after being overwhelmed.
Honestly, seems like a copout compared to what could've been, with another full movie or something that could've happened in regular 2D animation and longer run time. 😬

Anyway, this form will likely be the ultimate God form, where all the powers of the godly ki will be amplified to the maximum. In short, something that Whis hinted long time ago with the "tree-castle" comparison.
Also, I hope that Vegeta won't get this form, in the same way in DBZ he didn't get the top form (excluding Gohan's Ultimate of course, which was something different) which at the time was the Ssj3: for the loser he is, he is already lucky that he has been given the SSG + SSB forms, allowing him to enormously surpass everybody else including Gohan who, without external helps like the God ki, actually has always been head and shoulders above him in power and potential.
