He uses ssj3 last arc. xD If that counts.. he either is stronger than the person he is fighting at ssj or they are strong as his ssb form. So who needs ssj2 an ssj3 anymore

He's only used ssj3 for show these days, to beat Trunks easily and during that Krillin hallucination episode.

I wouldn't mind seeing more of it but he'd need to perfect it, and there's really no reason to do so when he has blue to work on. Ah well, I will miss his flowing locks.

But he could fight at SSJ from the very beginning. Isn't SSJ very efficient (minimal drain, much more power than base)?

Think it has more to do with his level of ki control in maintaining a form than his current level of power. SSJ3 has always given the least amount of control (nevermind being able to do something like Kaioken while in that form), which makes Blue form the more appealing to-go thing now, aside from being more powerful and all that. Simply put, SSJ3 has been obsolete for awhile, though did love its radical design/transformation.

I like the Black arc ending in manga so much better.

Also trunks goes back to before he killed Dabura so there is two Trunks running around to save the world.
