Toppo said Dypso can move faster than sound and light, but I didn't see anything about dypso being able to amplify that speed by a thousand. Just that he can amplify his base speed by a thousand, And both Goku and Hit acknowledged Dypso as being an impressive speedster, but noted his movements were too linear and that he relied too much on his ears.

The ONLY thing it said about his base was that he surpassed the speed of sound and light. They mentioned nothing about amplifying applying to this. He then mentions that he can amplify his speed a thousand fold. Let's not make up things please.

You can't use logic against Carver logic. 😆
No, they never said anythng about his base speed even being light. Kind of hard to interact with normal time if your "base" is that fast, you'd be worse off then Professor Zoom II. They just said he can move that fast, but Carver has to make shit up as usual.

We do know what he is increasing a thousand folds. It was said he has surpassed speed and light BEFORE he even mentions he can increase his speed. With that said, we already know he goes faster than light. So how fast was he going when he was blitzing...FTL. We then see him telling Hit he can increase his movement a thousand folds in an instant. In an instant. In an instant. In an instant. In an instant. In an instant. In an instant. In an instant.
With that said, both Hit and Goku was moving far faster than light.

No, the order of statements does not matter, especially as they were said by different people.
Even if it were said by the same person, it still would not follow your conclusion.

According to your previous post, Dyspo said he can increase his speed instantly.
This doesn't mean he moves from point A to point B instantly.
It would mean exactly what he said - he can accelerate to his top speed instantly.
Not to mention the use of the word "instant" could be a metaphor, but that would be too hard for you to understand.
But again, all of this has nothing to do with him moving 1000 x FTL.
