Nope... when he attacked Hit, he attacked him at astonishing speed and then during that speed he boost that speed (by Dyspo words he could by x1000).

Dyspo was ridicuously faster than light (and Toppo said Hit was adapting to Dyspo and Toppo could clearly see their speed). And no matter this episode (which proved Goku and Hit are FTL)... Goku, Vegeta, Jiren, Toppo, Hit, Frieza, Gohan are all clearly FTL.

By the way, any theories on how Hit's invisible blasts work? I always thought he just sent a normal blast through his time dimension and summoned it at the moment of contact with the enemy, but Marcarita said it only affects organic material?

Nice episode. Superman and Flash are still easily faster than DBS characters.

He can't, Kid Goku's not the superlatively skilled martial artist he is currently. It's a totally false equivalency no matter how you slice it... Of course, even if he was, the gap between a barely superhuman warrior and the Flash is obviously going to be far too much.

My point is, when Dyspo boosts his speed to maximum, he's faster than Goku and Hit can react. He's the fastest mortal introduced so far. The reason they can win against him is because he's relatively inexperienced, attacking too linearly and relying too much on his abilities, making it so they can predict him before he makes his attack or trick him into hesitating. It's a good feat for them, although it's basically the same as the feat Goku already has against Hit, when he predicted and countered his time skipping.

We know he is faster than light and can increase that speed INSTANTLY.

Lol...Kid Goku can't hit Flash because Flash is much faster. It's like saying Wolverine can go hand to hand with an all out Flash due to skill. You have to have the speed to keep up. This is common sense and non debatable.

Hit was reacting and dodging vital attacks. He even ALLOWED Dyspo to hit him. ALLOWED. This was stated AND confirmed in the episode. Dypso speed became irrelevant moments later. No matter how much skill I get, i can not hit Quicksilver. I have to have comparable speed to do so. If skill would have been the deciding factor, Goku wouldn't have went Blue to keep up with him. He could've done everything in his red God form.

Superman cant even keep up with Vampire speed or Shadow Dragon speed. Kid Goku blitz him. DC combat speed sucks.

Carver uses common sense and Dragon Ball Super in the same statement.. 😆

Because he doesn't have a magic weakness, and Shadowdragon isn't wearing herald level power armor.

Lol...what does magic weakness have to do with combat speed? It's not like he was being hit by magic when he was being blitzed. He admitted the vampire was too fast for him.

Lol...Shiva was too fast for Shadow Dragon and SD is no where near kid Goku in combat speed.

Shiva too fast for Supergirl too.

Seems like Jiren is observing his opponents and probably waiting until they tire out. He is still at 100 whereas the others have been battling non stop. He has seen Goku go Super Saiyan, seen his black form in action, seen him go Super Saiyan 2, Super Saiyan God and Super Saiyan Blue. He witness Hit adapting in combat and overcoming an opponent that goes far faster than light. Seen the time skip in action, etc... everyone is oblivious to what he can do. If anything, Jiren holds an edge over everyone since he is the surprise.
