If skill had anything to do with their fight against Dypso, Dypso wouldn't have overwhelmed Hit during the beginning of their scuffle and Goku wouldn't have been getting Blitzed by Dypso in his Red God form. Hell, he wouldn't even have to transform if all it takes is skill to beat Dypso. Make a thread, black hair Goku vs Dypso and let's see the results.

Yeah, it was blatant about it. Carv can't twist this one, Roshi AND HIS OPPONENT flat out said his experience accounted for winning against a stronger, faster opponent decisively before he powered up.
This proves power levels are confirmed bullshit, and humans can now beat SSJ+ god level characters.

No they can't. You are forgetting ToP has rules. In a real fight Roshi looses with real ease against Ganos. He stands no chance, nor does Krillin.
What would have happened Roshi vs. Ganos in a real fight after that kamehameha? Roshi dies, Ganos without bruise.
