Have usually found enjoyment in more episodes of the show (or parts of them) than most by a certain point, and even I have to say this one was terrible. The next one with Frost shenanigans looks more interesting at least.

Boring episode and a total waste of Tien. Can't believe they ditched Yamcha for this. They had no idea what to do with him so they said screw it and canned him in such a lame fashion. And what exactly was stopping Goku and Vegeta from taking the sniper out? The ring is not even that big.
The writers are utterly incompetent.. We didn't need to see that crap with Tien's dojo if this is all they had in store for him. Goku could've recruited Tien off screen. Same goes for Krillin. We see him duke it out with Gohan and Goku and even learn a new technique, but the techique never even matters (as Krillin goes up against a fighter who just happens to be immune to it before going out like a punk). The only fighters they've done a good job with so far are Gohan, 17 and Roshi.
There are some boring episodes, and DBS has had some terrible episodes, but this is the worst and most boring. Literally, Lets just make Piccolo weakened so he will probably be the next out after having to regrow his arms three times. But lets do a terrible episode the next episode after having such awesome moments with Roshi, the weakest of the fighters there.
The only good part of the episode was Beerus respecting Tien.
When this arc started, I was SUPER hyped. They said Powerlevels wouldn't be everything and were bringing the humans over goten and trunks. But then they forgot yamcha in the worst recuring joke that had no punchline, krillin goes out first, and tien does nothing but job and lose for months. All while mister turtle hermit "I haven't lifted a finger in decades" roshi is kicking ass and taking names. I'm not even mad, I'm just done.

I'm curious at least how the next episode will go down with Roshi using evil containment wave on Frost, but also get the feeling the Jiren fighting's gonna be the only thing that really leaves a mark or impression from this tournament in the long run, just as Hit was the only one that did so in the last tournament.
If U6 survives afterward, it'll be funny at least to see Caulifla hovering over Goku (any strong saiyan who can help her get stronger she'll automatically have and show interest in), and then Chichi getting suspicious of Goku cheating on her.
