The best results would be to either double or triple team Jiren instead of losing one of their best combatants.

Goku couldn't keep up with Dypso. Keeping pace at short range only proves Freeza has faster reflexes then the Yardrat, like Iron Fist tagging a teleporting Nightcrawler. He still couldn't teleport to Beerus's planet like Goku can.

No more then that. He was behind him when he used IT. He has instant speed. No he can't teleport to planets but his combat speed is faster and instant.

In the manga, we learn that it was Quitela, the God of Destruction of universe 4, that beat Beerus in an arm wrestling match. I suspect that it's one of the invisible U4 fighters that is the mortal Whis was referring to, and Jiren is a red herring.

He teleported to the Yardrat as soon as he was visible from instantaneous movement. Imagine if Flash was right behind someone after they used instantaneous movement. That means he had the speed to keep up. Nice showing for base Frieza.

We've seen even the likes of Wolverine level combatants wreck teleporters. Skills and reflexes goes a long way against someone who lacks them (at least in comparison to your own). Even Perfect Cell told Goku tricks like the warp kamehameha wouldn't work on him if he tried it again which is probably why Goku never spams instant transmission.

Lol...show me Wolverine blitzing behind someone teleporting. You appearing where someone is going to appear at means you are able to keep up with him/her.
