Lol...yep, that was the main reason he did the shockwaves getting more powerful via distance. So that Earth could stay intact. One more clash would've ended everything though. Wish that clash would've happened and Whis reversed time to fix the collateral damage.

Goku trumped And Stumped Bills with matching his hits perfectly.

The preview seems to indicate Beerus was somehow holding back still, which syncs up with the movie if accurate.

Also the farther away excuse is almost as good as the "matching hits" one which they did just so they can have wicked awesome battles without pausing to check out destroyed universes in the future. It's likely to just turn into a "must be happening" afterthought like the zenkai boost though.

An early summary for ep.13 I read a while back talked about Beerus 'transforming'. I initially wrote that off as BS, but I'm starting to think it might be accurate, considering Goku's narration/preview for the next episode:

Goku: "Hey, what's that technique? Has Beerus-sama been hiding his power again? But I'm a bit different than before too. I ain't gonna lose! Let's keep on fightin'!"

I read it, I was looking for something shorter like "ITS FCKING AWESOME!!!."

If you like high-end feats and whatnot, I guess it's "FCKING AWESOME!!!." But I don't really care about that seeing that kind of fan-service in DB, so... ermm

For example: I'd much rather have the other Z Fighters be relevant in the series, then have Goku/Beerus rack-up universal feats. /shrug
