EP 14 was another good episode. Strangely enough, the quality of the art was very questionable at most times, but the animation was very nice overall.

A major saga completed in 14 episodes? That has to be a record for DB, since the original DB anyway.

Episode 15 promo/summary page:

"Satan performs in front of an audience and says that he was the one who defeated the God of Destruction. Then Garbi, hero of the planet Snak, appears, saying that he wants to battle Satan to see his strength. What's Satan to do?!"

"Goku wants to go back to Kaio's to train, but Chi-Chi stops him, and gets him to start working for the sake of their soon-to-be-born grandchild."

The episode is titled: "Cause a Miracle! Earth's Hero, Mister Satan!"

Gohan straight up says that this is Hercule's telling in the preview.

Goku can't turn people into another race.

Also the first 5 minutes of fighting in this episode I thought was a great fight scene. That's what it should have been the whole time

Agreed.

^ Here's a shot of the Galaxy where the Earth resides from Epdisode 14, when Whis and Beerus flew away after the end of the fight.

It seems another proof in favor of the DB universe being "normal" and equal to others in size.

👆

So. Where would Beerus rank in Marvel? Skyfather?

Some think he is around that, some higher and some far lower. All the lower ones are Superman fans lol

😐

What Skyfather can do the things Beerus did during his fight against Goku?

What fts does Zeus have?

Besides beating up Hulk in h2h? idk

Didn't Hulk intentionally throw that fight or some nonsense? Oh and didn't Odin fight Galactus at one point?

I think it was more of an intentional sacrifice rather than an intentional loss. Then again, even Hulk isn't Beerus' equal in h2h.

👆

He did throw the fight. Odin was nothing but a nuisance to Galactus. He was taken out easily.

True. Not even close.

So why can Goku breath in space but not underwater😂

Is Skyfather tier universe level? No, meaning Goku and Beerus are above that.

Their clash had the same effects as the clash between Galactus, and Tyrant. So I'd put Beerus and Goku around their levels.

Probably the same reason Superman used to be unable to breathe in space. Simply because he was raised as a human, and he mentally THINKS he needs oxygen. Goku's probably too dumb though to know that there is no oxygen in outer space.

Um... Not even close.

Odin = Galaxy level

Beerus = Universe level

Beerus is on par with characters like Galactus, in terms of sheer power.

...

Superman is DC. Not Marvel.

That would be a cool reason.

But let's be honest: the storyteller forgot something and made a mess as per usual.

Yeah, lol. As much as I would like for Toriyama to be able to integrate something like that into the story, it will more than likely simply be chocked up to plot convenience, since Toriyama undoubtedly just simply forgot that Saiyan's couldn't breathe in space. Which is strange as well, because that would mean Vegeta wouldn't have died in ROF when Frieza blew up Earth, since a planet exploding wouldn't be able to even scratch him.

More of Toriyama forgetting shit, I suppose. Kinda sad, really.
