Jiren doesn't land a punch on Omen or Blanco besides blocked attacks and then Base Vegeta/Goku are shown punching him around.
Seems like all 4 are going to be in the arena on a gassed Jiren. Jiren probably still knocks out Vegeta before Frieza and 17 come back. But Frieza should be able to solo...
Spoiler alert.
Yeah, omen did MUCH better against Jiren than I thought he would... And MUI looked solidly superior to Jiren at all times(except for the very end of the fight when he was burning out.)
MUI also weakened Jiren to the point where an exhausted base Goku and Vegeta can actually hold their own against him now.
Freeza's still camping somewhere, so we'll likely see him pop-up again after Jiren eliminates Vegeta next issue. #17 as well.
This chapter of the manga made some interesting distinctions.
a.) While Goku did attain the 'perfected' version of UI, he still requires a good deal of training in that state to wield it properly(confirmed by Whis.) He hasn't even come close to truly 'mastering' it yet.
b.) Jiren was able to slowly begin ascending to the level of MUI through sheer determination, because his potential is "immeasurable"(also confirmed by Whis.)
c.) Beerus seemed more impressed that Whis was able to teach Goku and Vegeta how to fight as a team, than he was when Goku attained MUI... He really didn't seem that impressed by the latter at all.
At this point there is really no reason to believe that Toriyama intends FP Jiren or MUI Goku to be GoD/Beerus-level in the manga, tbh.

Based on what, exactly?
Beerus' fight with mastered blue Vegeta. He was caught with a punch, and he admitted Vegeta is strong enough to be a god of destruction in a weaker universe. That implies the gap is narrowing, because they're on the god of destruction tier, if the weaker end of it.
In that same sparring match, what if Vegeta attacked him with evolved blue, instead of mastered blue? He may have actually taken some damage there..
Beerus wasn't even taking that sparring match seriously at all. He was literally toying around with Vegeta the entire time, while Vegeta was enraged and giving it his all. Vegeta ultimately got lucky and caught Beerus off guard with an all-out punch that barely even made Beerus flinch. It did piss Beerus off, however, and he swiftly reminded Vegeta how astronomically inferior he was by casually one-shotting him.
Beerus saying that Vegeta would make a good GoD candidate in another universe doesn't imply that Vegeta was even remotely close to Beerus-level, since we we know the powers of the GoDs vary quite a bit(with Beerus being at the top of the pack.)
Not to mention that it was recently established in an interview that not even MUI Goku has reached Beerus' level... Which means ASSB Vegeta would still get utterly demolished by a suppressed Beerus.
No, he wasn't taking it seriously, but he did confirm master blue is up to god tier.
Being annoyed by a punch, as you're specifically testing one's power level, is a bold statement (Since holding back too much makes the test meaningless.) We can safely assume Beerus was keeping to the weakest godly standards.
From here on out, every upgrade narrows that gap even more. If mastered blue is low end, and Beerus is high end, stands to reason anything above mastered blue is another step into the god tiers.
And of course, Jiren himself measures fairly high, assuming he's on par with Belmond. Goku and Vegeta being able to press Jiren while teaming up also speaks volumes.
