Would be ooc if he did. Only exception has been Freeza, and that was only because he already destroyed the Earth pre rewind.

But killing a helpless, defeated enemy? If he does it, I call bad writing.

Goku basically said: "Oh, the Galactic Patrol is going to kill him? Well then I quit the GP, and will be fighting as an earthling from now on!"

Beerus doesn't even destroy anything anymore.

The joke has gotten stale, only way to save it is if there's a performance evaluation by the Grand Priest where he loses his job to Vegeta or Freeza.

So how exactly is goku going to screw this up? He undoubtedly is, but how?

Goku's never really been one to respect authority. If he doesn't want his current villian to die, he'll find a way to make sure he isn't killed.

Worst comes to worst, he could put in a word with Zeno. It would be in his character to try that.

Also, he has seen Moro destroy worlds for no reason except to gain power, that's very much the opposite of what Goku would allow.

I'd like to think he'll kill Moro(that would obviously be the smart decision), but the end of the chapter didn't paint that picture, imo.

Right after Jaco said that the GP was going to execute Moro, Goku immediately turned into a Hulkamaniac and ripped his shirt off(effectively "quitting" the GP), and said that he'd continue fighting as an earthling instead.

To me, the implication is that he doesn't plan on following the GP's directive and killing Moro... At least not right now.

DBS Broly was phucking awesome. Where were they hiding this animation for so long?

Beerus has a bad feeling and even though Moro is badly badly damaged, Goku is still very serious... Goku is also sensing something... it's not over yet.

Even if only dance. Super Blue Vegetto's performance was so lackluster, it wasn't worth the hype.
