Piccolo's new "Potential Release" form REVEALED! Changes his skin color slightly and removes the lines from his arms.

It's called "潜在能力解放" the same name as Gohan's "Ultimate" form.

So everyone seems to be already hating on the newest Super chapter from one scene, and the chapter isn't even out yet. lol

Yeah, and I don't really get it?

There's a LOT more to nitpick about this arc than that. ermm

Sometimes it feels like people hate on the chapter spoilers just to hate.

So I'm convinced that with the Bardock revelations flooding back into Goku's memory, it will give him the necessary spiritual alignment that he needs to properly master UI... To the point where he can successfully use it in all of his forms without having to transform.

Yea, it's not really subtle with Whis saying "Deep down what are you?", and Monaito saying 'Hey son of Bardock."

Though I hope the way Bardock beat Gas isn't some weird name calling bit as a weakness since Gas got all flustered in the Galactic Prison. Though with everyone worried that Bardock unlocked ssj, I am wondering if he in desperation unlocked UI instead. Cause he seems to be able to keep up with Gas normally.

They are also still keeping with Bardock is elite in strength while ranked as a low class saiyan it looks like.

That would better explain why he was still helpless against Freeza -- he could simply never activate UI again.

I mean, as long as Bardock is under 10k, he would still be nothing to first form Freeza with a ssj power boost.

Though it would be cool to see Bardock activate UI not SSJ. Though, how hearing it happen would help Goku achieve anything..that's a different bag of worms.

Ultra Ego is just FPSSJ3 + SSGSSJ. The only reason Vegeta and Trunks were stronger than SSJ3 Goku as SSJ2s was because, unlike Goku, they mastered the SSJ2 transformation whereas Goku skipped ahead for SSJ3. It's also why Goku can't just go SSGSSJ3 because he hasn't mastered it, we saw SSJ3 has the same limitations that SSGSSJ had in the manga, it drains lower too quick without absorbing the aura (FPSSJ).

You can also have an SSJ3 Second Grade:

But that would be ridiculously unstable.

Whereas MUI just unlocks SSG in base form, without using that transformation.

If anyone were to have a mastered or full power SSJ3 form, it should probably be Caulifla if she attains the form at some point as previously hinted, since

a) Goku would have no reason to master SSJ3 with the better forms he got after
b) Gotenks' ability to master SSJ3 would be more limited since he's a time limit fusion

It would be a cool thing to see, Caulifla with SSJ3, if we ever see the other universes again. But with the time skip coming with the movie... I wonder if the other universes will come up again.

In the Father of Goku special, Bardock's PL was stated to be "pretty close to 10,000" after his zenkai.

DBS have given us no indication of what his PL was, though.

New chapter came out. Bardock lost his tail. 4/10

So, Bardock just wins cause saiyan. No super saiyan, no ultra instinct. Just saiyans doing saiyan things when they're having a good fight against an opponent that can't just outright slaughter them.

I also didn’t like how many times the heaters spelled out that vegeta was gonna get destroyed. Took away one of the hood things from the broly movie that I liked

I didn't mind that. I didn't mind the chapter at all. Though UI Bardock would be awesome. But interesting note is that, Bardock seemed to get more powerful after losing his tail.

Watch Bardock be the next chapter boss, somehow still alive after centuries and the legendary original SSJGod (Who is way way waaaaaaay above Goku and Vegeta's levels)

Well, of course. I mean, he went back to the past. Used the Dragon Balls to become immortal after becoming the OG Super Saiyan then became the Super Saiyan God.

So when is the dark dragon balls going to become canon?

That Super Dragon is just begging for it (Speaking of which, when's the last time we even saw Super Shenron in Dragon Ball Super? This arc so far has been strictly a normal dragon, which makes it just Dragon Ball, without the Super.)
