stuff I've written!

I did post a little poem while back in this thread, but then again I never braged about my writing skills. I aint much of a writer when it comes to poetry and such, I can try for a minute and then it all becomes way too corny.
But my corny little poem went like this 😄

watching a bird
as a rainbow cracks the sky
a sun filled horizon
deceiving the eye
dazzling rain
as the wind
whispers my name
and the bird
starts to fly

Not bad.

I'm a quiet volcano
That about to erupt

I'm a dead violet
That will never bloom

I'm wounded bird
That will never Fly

I'm a urban legend
That is not entirely true

I'm a thorny rose
That will never be touch

I'm a pimple
That no one wants

I'm a wooden Floor
That just to be step on

I'm a homeless man
That is overlooked

I'm a dull knife
That's useless

And I'm me
That is no one else.

Original and impressive Augey. You are the Master of Words as far as I am concerned. Mine is nothing compared to what you come up with.

Thanks friend but your lyrics were very impressive then mine I wish I could write lyrics.

Heck I used to have to get my band to rearrange my lyrics b/c they were dull. Yours are better than most my friend.

AT first before my creative writing classes my were not togeter but I would love to have lyrics like your my old friend.

We better be careful with our mutual appreciation society here or someone might blow a fuse. Not everyone understands cool dudes like us my brother. 😎

Yes that true once agian I should ask where all the talent here like finti Ush and the great Lara to lighten us once again.

I don't think we shall hear from Lara again until tomorrow but I could be mistaken. Ush is on line as we speak.
