No, it doesn't remain what you just said. Simply repeating it doesn't make it any more true. Further, I don't think any of us are sure how that quote meant that Sidious/Yoda > Vitiate, but you've done a great job reaching thus far so keep at it.

Its not in-universe, its an out-of-universe Encyclopedia that covers all Canon material.

You DO realize that the description for this book basically means "in universe". It doesn't apply to SWTOR or anything else.

What are you even talking about? If you'd like to substantiate your claims with some credible source then do so. But the fact is this statement is Canon and therefore all future and past content must align with it, that is how Canon works.

You don't understand how canon works. You've listed in universe source material and are desperately attempting to argue that it's all encompassing. That's not how this works. I thought Ultimate SW was just apart of the new canon? It only covers canon material from what I've read, except maybe the Plaguies novel.
