One time when in a apparition bubble, yet Harry gets hit by a bluffer and his arm is wrecked. Yea, that's some pretty good durability. Snape gets cut in the neck and he's down for the count.

All Avada Kedavras have been used agaisnt organic beings. Human flesh, or animal skin. We do not know how it woudl react to hitting Vader's suit. If he blocks it with his hand, it's not hitting anything organic, it's hitting a robot hand. We see in ROTJ that his right hand was completely wire and such. It's not living.

No it was just a cut. No magic involved. Prove magic was involved. So flying and shooting means better speed? Their flying. That's not sprinting speed. Also when have wizards ever used that one on one in a combative sense up close.
