His use of n****r was specific and for a point on racism he was making, acting like he casually said it as if he were "dropping F-bombs" is being purposely silly. Stop being silly.

You are either trolling or you missed my point entirely. He should be doing neither regardless of conversational context. He's the president, not a private citizen. This goes for any publicly elected official. There is a certain level of decorum and manners that should come with a public office. Dropping f-bombs and the n-word, regardless of conversational context, is not part of the decorum. 😐

No comparison really. He could have said the "N word" which is politically correct as so many people here try and be all the time.

Now bigger question why is Obama in someone's garage on a pod cast called"WTF" radio.

This ain't the first time he has disrespected the office he holds but it's the worst. Now I don't really like bush or Clinton however I could see people losing there shit if they said that. Well not Clinton so much as he was actually the first black president and all.

Sure, he could have. But he didn't and the reason he used it is fine. You're taking this stance as if he went on the air and said "what's up my n****rs!" out of nowhere and for no reason.

Not sure why that's a "bigger" issue, or an issue at all. But Marc Maron has a substantial audience, from what I hear.

Making a comparison where a Caucasian President says "n****r" with Obama is faulty for reasons noted, even if they're using it to illustrate the same point.

Neither.

Disagreed, considering the context of Obama's conversation/point.

Bardock fell back on the ole "He's black he can say it" now Rob's just being silly. I find it hard to quell racism by basically sayd "Damn we should get rid of racism and the word N word" while using the word ****** in the process.

But hell, then again Obama's supporters will jump in front of political bullets and jump on these hand grenades all day for him. So I am not surprised. Literally Obama at this point could start shooting murders himself in the name of getting rid of violence, and it would be ok.

You're being ridiculous again, TI, as every person you think is one of these "blind Obama supporters" has criticized Obama when it was due.

I'm surprised you have not spoken out against this. Rather then supporting it. Its a bit ridiculous to me.

It's flat out political bias and smoke screening. I wont be apart of it.

If Bush or Reagan had said ****** people would be butt blasting them forever.

Probably because I listened carefully to what Obama was saying, the point he was expressing; the context of it and didn't kneejerk and go "OMG! He just said n****r!"

Nah, for reasons noted.

Yes, probably correct even if they used it in the same context. For reason's noted.

Cmon be real now, at least with me.

If Obama is getting butt blasted, then yes they would but twice as hard.

Yes, this annoys me about the Obama supporters, the most.

You can look through my 2008 posting history to see that I clearly liked Obama. Then he took a shit on me and tens of millions of other voters with his lies, back-peddling, and broken promises.

But, for some silly reason, many Obama supporters are still bouncing up and down on his dick, proclaiming loudly that Obama is still the perfect savior they voted for in 2008.

He could have still gotten his same exact points across without uttering shitty words.

I dislike the term nigga, but if it is going to be used, I don't think there should be a double standard of who gets to say it, especially when blacks can use it to refer to someone of any race. I think if a person is using the term negatively, it is rather easy to tell, so I don't think whites who don't use it in a racist context should be vilified.

And lol at the president not being able to say a dirty word. He's not Barney.

Once again, I have to state that I am not a huge fan of Obama's presidency. It had some good aspects, but a lot of the things he promised fell through, and he has been excessively weak in the pursuit of bi-partisanship. He's also much too conservative in his stances for my liking.

I'm actually very glad he did, I'm a big fan of podcasts. Generally Obama has been very savvy about how to reach broad younger audiences (youtube, podcasts, daily show, etc.). Things are changing in the way media is consumed, especially by younger generations, and it's very wise of politicians to take these new avenues seriously. I mean, even Rick Perry can be followed on "tweeter".

Um no. I have said a million times, he is not perfect, but he is undoubtedly the best option out of our choices. Didn't we already have this conversation?

Then, at this point, you're definitely not one of the people in this group. 👆

Nah, he's doing this on purpose to avoid mainstream media because he can't answer the tough questions and answer to his political party who was against him on this trade bill and had to kiss the republicans ass to get it done. He's ostracized his party members. Even CNN called him out about using these platforms to duck and cover from them but try and be the "cool guy" for his last 2 years. He's sunk to new lows on the polls.

Nobody on Kmc is.

Of course CNN would complain, they are the ones becoming irrelevant.

CNN is the most fair and balanced network. Wait do you even get that channel in BFE?
