You don't need a vid or him actually doing it when we have people that can sense his capabilities.

Who said that? Are they able to read power levels like DBZ characters can? Also, that must be a weak universe/omniverse since Superman himself said he can't even destroy a planet.

So Superman never lifted 200 quintillion tons, never benched the weight of Earth for 5 days, never flew faster than light speed, etc.

Because those "feats" were only quantifiable because of other people making statements, dubbing them so.

Statements ARE feats, until they are disproven.

Frieza tanked a blast that was powered by all the life in the Universe, he tanked a blast that would've blew earth up 8 times over and he tanked a planet exploding on him (while being near death). All of this happened in one freaking fight. ONE. Goku fist and energy power was still able to curb him and later on Goku would one shot drop him with a single attack. That's power bro.

Superman fight against Black Adam didn't even level a city block and Superman admitted he was going all out .
