So we gonna ignore Kaoi Ken Goku Blue who was still moving in real time when Hit Stopped Time all together.
Here, Vados explained it to Champa:
http://dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Will_There_Be_a_Counterattack%3F!_The_Invisible_Killing_Strike!!
Vados asks Champa if he knew the reason for Hit's Time-Skip being called by that name, and Champa claims it was because he stopped time. Vados, however, states that Hit wasn't stopping time, but actually "skipping" time, and Champa wonders what "skipping time" meant.
So this proves Hit never stopped time.
While Superman was clearly stated to be in full chrono suspension, which can only mean he resisted genuine time freezing.

The attempted downplaying that is taking place in this thread is hilarious. It's done by the expected though. Anyways, CDTM scans are hilariously funny.
Posting something that was said by an expert in time manipulation is downplaying?
Since you seem to have reading comprehension problems, empesis to relevent parts added:

Hit doesn't stop time, and Vados (Who shares Whis's ability to rewind time) confirms it. It's that simple.

True and they are irrelevant too XD
In DC comics you can counter a chrono suspension by shattering the Crystal with your strength. 😆
The chrono field in the crystal should have prevented him from shattering the crystal.
The second set of scans claimed "days and nights are passing outside distortion field... is decreasing! I'm catching up to normal time."
Days and nights. That's how strong the distortion field was.
Yet he kept upping his speed until he was moving in normal time. That's insanely impressive.

That's insanely useless in combat when Superman is tagged all the time by slow bricks and can't reach street-levelers like Shadowdragon.

Time wasn't stopped though. Time was moving but moving extremely slow.

Maybe in the second set of scans, which was still halting time slow enough for days and nights to pass. And this after he already ramped up his speed a bit.
More impressive then Hit's mere half dozen second time skip
The first scan is pretty clear cut in saying "chronial suspension", which means full on stop of time.
Supes actually did power through a full time stop, like you claimed Goku did to hit.

Again, time wasn't stopped, at all and the other scene you're talking about, I'm sure time was stopped for every one except Superman.

Stopped for everyone but...!Stilt or Realitywarper, or someone, could you please read the scans to Carver?
I mean, I know you guys hate Superman, but at least you actually read scans.
It couldn't be more obvious Superman is using his speed to counteract time dilation..
Where in the scans you posted does it say time stopped?
