Roshi used his most powerful attack to bust the moon. Piccolo fired what looked like a casual blast at the moon. No charging or anything.

The blast was over 100x more powerful not 10. We were told AND we were shown Vegeta was ridiculously above Roshi. There was also the canon power levels released which again show the blast was over 100x stronger. Again these were statement made and had feats backing them up. They were not just statements or feats alone. That's what you aren't getting. Stop pretending I don't accept statements at all. You're borderline trolling at this point. You want to accept statements with nothing backing them. I disagree.

Now I've backed my point. It's your turn. Back up that Beerus is a universe buster with statements AND actions please. I'll wait

Wait a minute. When did Goku surpass Roshi in fts? Scans please. Roshi has destroyed a moon, Goku hasn't even shown mountain busting power yet. Even in his super Saiyan form. The ONLY THING you have is statements because ft wise, both Piccolo and Roshi fts poops on Goku's. Goku did grow in power but that doesn't mean we carry over Roshi moon busting ft since that ft belongs to who? Roshi.

I guess there is no need for me to answer your Beerus question since you're answering my question with statements.

Statements yes. When has Goku destroyed anything over a moon? I, CARVER9, knows that Goku is far more powerful than Roshi due to power scaling, power level, statements, etc... all of this needs to be taken into consideration, not just, fts.

Example: how do you know the book Captain Marvel and Superman lifted had infinite pages? Answer wisely because everyone and everything that has attempted to lift the book has succeeded.

Carver's got a point. At this point it boils down to how you interpret the evidence, and technically there's no one right way to do so.

Well, I'll just say that Beerus destroys planets with the greatest of ease. That's shown on screen/page with him having normal conversations or sleeping while completely and instantly obliterating planets.

He's also got enough control over his power to only cause half a planet to explode in an instant with the tap of his claw(probably more a gesture to give a visual aid than anything). And he destroyed 8 1/2 planets in a few days basically on a whim or when the mood hit him. Goku in SSJG made that guy go to 70% of his power.

EDIT: GO back and actually read what I wrote. I never once argued that Superman wins because he lifted infinity. I argued against Gogeta trying to state that there weren't infinite pages because he didn't like it. You'd know this if you spent more time reading what people actually wrote than trying to get people to prove your point for you

The argument was about the statement itself. Gogeta was trying to prove that while the statement was true, it wouldn't produce an infinite weight. I was trying to show him why if the statement was true then it does indeed mean an infinite weight. Nothing inconsistant about it. You just didn't like the answer and are trying to call foul where none exists. Try harder
