You can't tell by that scan how much the shield blocked Superman from the attack. The shockwaves hit the shield, it's shattered and the attack is done. Questionable ft.

The source didn't protect Superman from its effects. Don't even know what it means and we can't even assume the type of power displayed there but it was also said that the reason it didn't protect him was due to it not wanting him in the way. Tell me; how much power was used there because it seems like the source just used enough to get Superman out of the way. Once you tell me how much power was used, please explain why it would drop Goku.

Base normal Superman and most/all of his incarnations not wielding cosmic power are much weaker than Goku now.
That Superman has occasionally been more powerful is only a product of the fact that his setting is much more powerful. I don't even think carver denies that.
They can even warp, destroy and recreate Universes. The following feat has context, but it was their physical might that was powerful enough to bend those omniversal energies. You might say it's hard to quantify. Well, similar can be said about Gokus and Beerus feat, since it was also their mystical might that became more destructive with the distance it traveled and almost harmless at the center. Here the physical blows from two Superman warped universes. During this event the Multiverse was in flux but all other fights from so called heralds never affected it, while the strength of two Superman did, so this gives us the idea how much power they released.
