And as I stated before HAS GOKU HIMSELF done anything moon level? That implies Rosh/Piccolo with vast lower power and power levels are simply above Goku in terms of DC.

Well, it's best not to judge a fanbase or a character by his frothing at the mouth fanboys, otherwise I'd hate Superman ha. And Goku for that matter.
Maybe it's a little different here in my state, Goku really is a big deal, there haven't been many laspses in time where he hasn't bee on TV in some fashion, whether that be on Toonami or DBZ Kai, etc.

I wonder if he means like if we lined up all the planets, their moons, the sun, etc, then had Cell just blast into them, that they'd all be taken out.
That's pretty insane. But it makes sense, if even first Vegeta appearance can take the Earth out, just by power scaling it'd make sense.
