LOL...that guide has been thrown completely out of the window. You are literally the only person that is using it. It has been mentioned in Super that DBZ/S Universe is limitless. You can keep clinging on to that if you want but no one will take it or you seriously (no one take you seriously anyways about anything involving Dragonball characters).

Once you get how the DBZ characters scales-up, uses their Ki-energy to amp their attacks and their durability, or can focus this energy in blasts capable to destroy planets in one-shot at the very least...
You get that Goku deal and shrugg off attacks far more powerful than Superman.
Superman is only fast in travel speed which is completely irrelevant here.
By feats Superman doesn't have a single chance to lay a finger on Goku while the Sayan can one-shot Supes effortlessly.
