GT has a lot of implied power, but the displays are ridicolus (that's why it's garbage) and you can't correlate it with DBS because, at the time, the SSG concept didn't exist, and DBS is specifically made in order to disregard GT itself.
Because of DBS, probably even EoZ is going to be retconnected in some way by AT.

Look at it this way: The Bible has many books within one book right? Reading the end of Genesis doesn't mean you would have read the end of the Bible. That's basically what happened but obviously on a much larger scale

You mean the moon that was moving at almost 1% lightspeed, and thus its mass was increasing hugely? That added to Clark's own sharply rising mass to the equation from going lightspeed? That was orders upon orders, of magnitudes above moon busting as a feat. It was far, far above destroying the Earth too.

No one in DBZ could withstand that kind of physical force.

We've known since Dragon Ball that their ki durability and their physical durability are not even remotely in proportion. Goku could tank Krillin's Kamehameha, yet could still be easily be hurt by Krillin's own punches. Krillin was already at or near Roshi's level at that time, and the kamehameha was his most powerful attack, yet it could be no-sold by Goku. Goku at that power level could still be hurt by sniper bullets to a degree as well. Tao Pai tanked a Kamehameha from Goku, yet nearly died from a grenade explosion in their next fight that was more modest.

Another example? They could not physically bust down the door to Dr. Gero's lab. But a casual ki blast from Vegeta in base could do it. That shows outright the difference in their physical pressure and their ki output, despite this, they can still hurt each other with punches even though fighters that are equals can withstand large ki blasts from each other.

They can hurt each other with punches, yet as late as early Buu Saga, Base Goku's muscles can't barely move under 589x Earth's gravity (40 tons + his own weight), so their standstill limb power generation is not that great, and even when adding in the SS multipliers, and their flight speed behind it, still isn't all that. And then later in that saga, Base Vegeta confirms the validity of the 40 ton scene by saying he might struggle a bit with 500x earth's gravity if Pui Pui were capable of moving under that.

It's obvious that the threshold for their physical durability is significantly less than their ki durability.

Doctor Light has koed Superman with a casual blast and the moon showing was just that, Superman being hit in the face by a moon and getting koed. Doctor Poloris has hit him in the face with a sub koing him. The list goes on and on. The moral of the story is, Clark isn't tanking a moon busting attack from Roshi, something that wouldn't even tickle someone like Nappa. It's just that simple.

Also, Krillin hurting Goku was a comedy showing and it's irrelevant. That's like me bringing up Batman drawing blood from Superman. The power difference is just that significant. And you bringing up Krillin hurting Goku while stronger people than Krillin couldn't is ridiculous. Hell, Cell all out punch did nothing to Gohan and the same Goku that was hurt by Krillin (surfing the joke moment) withstood numerous of punches from Cell without screaming out in pain. Does that make Krillin>>>>Cell. At the end of the day, Goku is more powerful than Superman on average. The only time it becomes a contest is when we look solely at high fts. Superman struggles against people that black hair Goku would make short work of. Goku reflexes and fighting style along with power output is better and I'm talking about lower level Goku. Hell, Frieza TANKED an attack from Goku that would blow the Earth up 7 times over (the Kamehameha times 20) and that's the weakest of DBZ characters. If you sit here and tell me that Superman can walk through an attack like that...

With that said, I agree with everything Stilt said and imo Superman has no rights beating let alone fighting someone like Goku. People like Grundy, Konvikt, and Despero is there for him to fight.
