What's one ambiguous example with Alan Scott(who wasn't part of the GLC and thus could work differently) and two scans that don't back your argument supposed to prove?

^ Yea thought you would find an excuse. Alans ring is magic and doesn't need a power battery, which is why I stated at the beginning Caps ring would be like Alans in the sense that it doesn't need to recharge but isn't magic.

No, even without enhancements he's been able to beat or give trouble to people much more stronger than him. With a GL ring he could potentially give himself class 100 strength, and I'm going to still maintain that if Cap get's class 100 strength he could one-shot Superman in h2h especially since Supermans h2h skills are nowhere near Caps.
