Those arrested for rape or sexual assault get investigated and then stand trial. If convicted they serve the appropriately sentenced time in prison. They may then be deported if feasible and necessary.

Yes, that isn't saying anyone who is arrested for any crime needs to be deported.
If you have a problem with the term "arrest" then okay: anyone found guilty of rape or a violent crime needs to go. Is that better?
Likewise if they are proven to be rapists and aren't deported and are put in jail, they won't receive any handouts from the government upon their release, right?

How does that apply to this? Well if some dirty rapist does it and is convicted, and his friends say he is innocent, well then he is innocent, evidence be dammed.
So anyone that commits any crime that does not fit his narrative or agenda is innocent.

Since of course I understand the difference: we've had many many false rape accusations here. Duke Lacrosse, Rolling Stone, all taught us this.
So no, don't deport someone if someone just goes "he raped me". Do deport them if the evidence shows yeah they are legit rapists.

When non-citizens in the US commit a crime and are found guilty, they serve their sentence and then after they've done the time, they may or may not be deported, depending on the crime/circumstances.
Don't understand this mentality that non-citizen criminals should be deported right away. That sends the wrong message.
