Well with that you concede that Dooku didn't have a force wall up so Sidious doing what he did while mildly impressive isn't something he could do regularly or outright. Sidious is on another level than both, Windu just has a special ability that allowed him to compete and special circumstances surrounding his fight, so Sidious is definitly more skilled, and faster, and more powerful than Windu.

Heart of her power means at her most powerful and we've seen her perform feats on Dathomir,that she hasn't done anywhere else. To kill, not to stalemate. It's not like she did all this on her own. She had maul to give her energy and she was on her own personal nexus that amps,her more than anyone else. Sidious was justified.
