He did send his lightning back at him so yea. While Yoda is powerful Dooku was credited as being the most learned student in the ways of the force by Yoda himself and their greatest student, also by Yoda.

Either Yoda or Windu can hold off Sidious long enough for the other to pick apart Dooku.

Then it's Yoda and Windu against Sidious and as bad-ass as he is, he's not beating two of the highest ranked Jedi Masters at the same time.
