True. Which is why I brought up the fact that
a. The Jedi's seem unable to keep anyone in the air for any length of time. In fact, no Jedi other than Dooku has managed it at all that I recall.
b. Loki can still throw daggers
and c. It will still boil down to whether the lightsabers can cut Loki.
I never said Loki will win the fights, just that it won't be the force that will decide the fight. People talk about the force like this uber powerful TK skill that is incongruent with how it was portrayed in the films.
On a side not: Just want to make it clear that I'm only discussing Star Wars movies here. I haven't watched the TV shows.

A knife can cut wood but you'll still need quite a bit of strength to stab it through a tree. If the Jedi get their hands on the spear, they'd still need enough strength to get it through an Asgardian's tough hide.
