DD breaking her arms is not a low showing. It's a testament to how powerful DD was. You don't have to be as powerful as Superman to be a high Herald. Thor is high Herald and would lose to Superman 10/10. WW would beat Thor for a majority as well.

LOL. He didn't "blitz" anyone. Superman was weakened by the kryptonite, his reflexes were dulled due to mind control, AND he was subconsciously fighting it. All of these things slowed him down considerably. Didn't think Stoic was the type to leave out context. Looks like he's turning into Carver. Now evewry time he posts a scan I will be suspicious if he's intentionally leaving stuff out.

Close. The same things that applied to Superman in that scan could equally be applied to the Surfer. He was not in his right frame of mind, not to mention that the Surfer doesn't have to chase Spiderman around, and Spiderman really wouldn't be able to stun or harm the Surfer in the least if we considered the hits that have not fazed him throughout his history. The Surfer was not operating under optimal conditions during that particular scene. Abhi used that scene to continue on with his obvious agenda of low balling every character that can keep up with Superman.

That was also an AMPED surfer. If someone tries to talk this as PIS, spidey has had three fights with Surfer in three different eras and he danced around surfer in all of them. i'm not sure how this became a ss issue.... anyway, i've always felt that ss COULD have uber combat speeds, but his showings are extremely ltd. ltd enough to say definitively (imo) that fighting at speedster speeds would be distinctly ooc. but this is morg--and if SS has ltd showings, morg's are essentially non-existent. again, we can't simply PRESUME high levels of super speed. can he move faster than humans? i've no doubt. but there is a VAST gap between that and ww speed. there is evidence suggesting ss himself has trouble with speedsters. so if HE can have problems, it is silly to simply assume morg would somehow be able to overcome the speed thing...."just becuz!!1!"
without some proof, the suppositions are just unreasonable. speed wouldn't be the only reason i choose diana here, but it IS a definite factor imo.

As you surely realize, nearly all characters have decrepencies in combat speed at some point...
Batman has tagged Diana afterall...
As pertains Surfer, he's mainstream so he has tons of showings, which means he has numerous low showings...
I could go to the opposite end of the spectrum and produce a scan of him demonstrating combat speed great enough to hang with Runner (a rare character who has truly always blitzed)...
I think on average its implied and shown that Heralds are pretty fast...

So getting hit by someone=getting speed blitz? I guess batman blitzed superman and wonderwoman too right?...and there are shit loads of feats that show surfer as one of the fastest guys in marvel,so just drop it. Once again of you feel surfer is so slow,go make a thread about it,let's see how that turns out. And in that 'low ball' scan..surfer basically says 'I've had enough' and ends the fight and walks away.
