The whole "attacking the cop" thing is complete horse shit. What these people are referring to is the moment after he puts her in a choke hold and is about to drop her to the ground when she meekly flails her arms in his general direction in a last ditch effort to defend herself.

It's not surprising, but this whole thing just sheds some light on issues in this country. Recently Raven Simone on the view received backlash for this:
Essentially saying both sides are at fault, which is 100% true..and people flip out. She was correct also in saying kids shouldn't be on their god damn cell phones during class.
If we are going to take things away from this case it absolutely has to be more then "the cop is a horrible d-bag".
Though still I can't help wonder if the student will face any punishment.
